Be a verified member of the Unemployable Group, as this service is exclusively available to Unemployable Group members
Not attempt to manipulate, game, or exploit the system in any way
Provide accurate and complete information when using our service
Maintain the security of your account
Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt our service
Not disclose or misuse personal information from other websites or users
Provide advance notice through the platform before removing any backlinks from your websites, giving other users reasonable time to adjust their backlink strategies

Violation of these responsibilities, particularly attempts to game the system or unauthorized access by non-Unemployable Group members, may result in immediate account suspension or termination as outlined in our Terms Violations section.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Backlink Buddy are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and reliable service, but we make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our service. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our service.

6. Modifications to Service

We may need to modify, update, or in extreme circumstances, discontinue our service. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any significant changes or service discontinuation through email and/or prominent notice on our website. In case of service discontinuation, we will provide a reasonable timeframe for you to export your data. While we strive to minimize disruptions, we cannot guarantee the service will always be available without interruption.

7. Terms Violations
